I am a certified Yoga instructor. I teach Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga. I also teach breathing exercise(Pranayama) and meditation. I have been practicing Yoga for more than 10 years now and been teaching for nearly 2 years. I have helped a lot of people lose weight, get relief from pre-existing ailments and also helped many to manage stress. As a Yoga practitioner myself I have seen a lot of changes in my life . I have become a more patient mom, better human being, improved my health, lost weight, learned to live in the present moment, learned to look at the bigger picture rather than fighting for small, silly things in life, use meditation and breathing exercises to manage my stress and manage by day etc.
As a Yoga teacher I want to help more and more people experience a happy, healthy, stress-free life. Come, join me and celebrate life with YOGA.
