Chef Debb has been professionally cooking and teaching others how to cook for over 40 years now. It began with her own children, who are now adults and have worked with her in her Personal Chef and Catering Business. She specializes in creating and developing recipes that require healthy substitutions for dairy, gluten, sweeteners and much more. Her first published cookbook is titled, "Maximized Meals that Heal" and has over 350 recipes that are gluten, grain and refined sugar free. Presently, the second one is in the works!
Working with Chef Debb is always an adventure and interesting. She believes that it is important to enjoy cooking and have fun. Being a very accomplished cook, she will share her knowledge, techniques and short cuts that will make you a confident cook in your own kitchen.
I create menu's based on my clients preferences and dietary needs. Then I will develop or alter their favorite recipes to meet those specific needs. For example, gluten-free, sugar-free, low,no carbs, dairy free, or for some of them, just old fashioned comfort food favorites. All they have to do during the week is "heat and eat", usually in about 15 minutes. They can choose from breakfasts, lunch, snacks and dinners. Appetizers too! I have been cooking and instructing my clients for over 12 years!
General Manager: This was a 500 seat banquet and event facility with full on and off premise catering. It was an amazing company with many different dimensions. On a Saturday, we would be feeding 500 boy scouts burgers and hot dogs and the very next day, over 200 corporate executives, prime rib and shrimp! It was a great job and I could fill a book with what I learned from this experience! I will share that with my students.
