Hi, there! My name is Debbie Perry and I can't wait to meet you! I've been teaching private lessons since 2000 and have loved helping my students with learning their sewing machine, sewing crafts (totes, pj pants, pillowcases, etc), and quilting which is what I love best! I currently teach in my home an open sewing class once a moth and at a local craft store. I'm am very patient with my students and you learn at your own pace. I give you all the tips and tricks I have learned over my 30+ years of sewing. I will help you reach your goals. My teaching style is simplifying sewing and building on the fundamentals as you progress in whatever area you choose. I look forward to helping you reach your goals!

Debbie is one of those people you are comfortable with immediately, she is very dedicated and devoted to shareing her knowledge and love of quilting , giving you 120%. Debbie has a way of showing hands on and explaining how to with ease and simplicity that you can understand . You come away from the class with knowledge and can do skills and even a finished beautiful project.

Before I found Debbie, I had owned a sewing machine for just a couple weeks. I barely knew how to turn the machine on! Debbie walked me through the sewing basics and miraculously got me quilting before I knew it! She is very knowledgeable and could fix any mistake I would make and show me where I went wrong and how to fix it myself. I now have made over 20 quilts and owe all of my success to Debbie's encouraging words and thorough instructions. She is the best!

I thank Debbie Perry for my love of quilting today. I was very discouraged when I first started quilting, then I met Debbie. She is very patient, knowledgeable and passionate about quilting and sewing.
