Let's work together to make a change! I am a life coach and healthy relationships/domestic violence counselor with strong interpersonal skills, high empathy and intuition. My areas of expertise are: self-esteem and confidence building, interpersonal skills, healthy relationships vs. abusive relationships, creating and achieving personal goals to revitalize your personal, social and love life, and conflict resolution from counseling training and psychology courses. I have strong communication skills, a high need to help others and to connect with them, and am highly extroverted/social, which is a big asset in this profession. I will always meet you where you are (emotionally) and will provide that positive reinforcement and support to push you to where you want to be.
