Gospel Singing with Deanna M.

Hey there! I'm very passionate about singing and creating music, and I have been since I was a little girl. I'm a graduate from LaGuardia Performing Arts HS (Fame), where I pursued classical voice, and I am currently a Music Education major at Long Island University Brooklyn. I am studying jazz and I have a passion for Musical Theater and voice over. I am also the Worship Director at my church! My goal is not only to help my students reach their full potential in vocal quality, but to give them all of the tools and techniques needed to go above and beyond their own expectations. Many times we assume that because someone has so much talent, they are using it properly. That isn't always the case. I am a firm believer in teaching my students how to breathe and use their diaphragm properly, and the results have been a clear, strong, and sustained sound with no strain or discomfort!
