Music is fun!  I love to play the piano!  I started piano 48 years ago (you probably couldn't actually call it playing until a little later though-LOL).  I love all kinds of music.  I love to teach and see students begin to learn and love music as much as I do.  I am a very positive and encouraging teacher.  I like for us to have fun while learning occurs.  I believe a great teacher is one who creates a great atmosphere for learning!

Hi!  I'm Deanna and I have played piano for 48 years.  (Although, not really that old, haha!)  I play the piano at our church.  Twenty years ago, I taught piano for about 3 years and quit to raise my 2 beautiful daughters.  Now that they are older, I have started teaching again.  I love to teach!  I love to see you learn, grow and start to play things on the piano that you are having fun with.  Piano is something that you can do for the rest of your life.   My students love it!  One of my adult students who has been taking for 6 months recently sent me a text and said she played Happy Birthday while everyone sang for her mother's 70th birthday.  That's what I love!
