I am a composer, conductor and pianist, working in the field of classical, contemporary and experimental art. My core pedagogical philosophy is – ‘Look, listen, question and constantly observe’. Students often approach you with a combination of confusion, shame and worry, doubting what they know, not knowing where to start, how to tackle the task or how to channel creative ideas. By listening to their problems, looking at their scores/homework, observing their personality and asking simple questions, I am always able to locate the key issue, and then by following their personal logic, point to hidden inner tools for personal growth and problem solving. So far I have more than 10 years of teaching experience across all ages in private and public schools as well as universities, in different languages. As an educator, I am a passionate, caring and patient person, invested in students progress, yet adaptive to the time management of each student. Given my compositional background, I can easily adapt preferred songs to the current playing level of my students.
