    About David T.

    My name is David and I've been shooting photos and videos since I was a teenager. I've watched the amateur photo and video scene explode as I went through high school and college, learning just as much online as I did from going to film school. Now, I want to help others by imparting some of my knowledge I've gathered through my varied experiences. I'm currently an in-house content creator for an independent K-12 school, but I've freelanced for musicians and non-profits as well as worked in a boutique Los Angeles production studio. I've learned and seen a lot over the years that has informed not only what I do but also how I advise others in my field. While staying current with trends and technology is vital in the digital arts, it's important to study the classics that brought us to this point and understand the foundations that visual art is build on. My lessons are not just about teaching you how to use a camera or software, but also design and composition principles.
