Singing with David R.

Hey Ya'll. I've recently relocated to the Boston area from NYC, where I was constantly working on new and original musical theater and straight theatre material; doing every thing form off broadway projects to working as a singer for the NYU Musical theater writing department. I'm currently represented by Don Buchwald and Acs. a bi-coastal agency in both NYC and LA. I also spent the last few years making sound based movement theater on the lower east side in manhattan (Brunch Theatre) and devised several pieces of theater and musical comedy through out the city. (Heck no Techno, Bated Breath, Brickabrack). I've also spent some time out at sea (Disney Cruise Lines). I've learned so much from this vast wealth of experience and have found passion in sharing it with students so that they can find/hone their artistry. The voice takes an immense amount of courage and that comes from awareness and self assurance. The voice takes your whole body and the whole of your emotional availability. With proper technique to support us, together we will find YOUR voice and find the confidence to be heard. I'm excited to work with you, to learn, and to fail in the pursuit of artistic excellence.
