I am life-long learner passionate about life, cultures and about evolving the way we interact with our planet. I am a professional Elementary and Preschool educator also with experience teaching English in University settings and Spanish to adults. I also speak French, Portuguese and I have never given up on my survival Chinese! I love everything about nutrition and have been baking gluten-free goodies for several years now joining the revolution on both education and nutrition. I am currently on a break from my lead teacher role to focus on mindfulness, myself and my family. I would love to assist you and share valuable insights about education and about how to best learn!
