Hi, my name is David, and I've been playing drums for just over 10 years now (since 2004). I've played in school bands ranging from elementary schools up through college (at Northern Illinois University), as well as my own personal bands. I can teach you or your child how to play the drum set and/or any other percussion instrument you can think of. I will teach not only fundamentals, but also how to read sheet music. However, each student is different, and I will tailor my lessons to the students' needs and skills. I offer lessons in my home, but I am also willing to travel.
