Violin with Dah-veed P.

David P. is a veteran strings teacher from Montgomery County. “Dah-veed”, as many of his friends call him, began his teaching career in 1999 in New York City. A native Puerto Rican, he holds music degrees from Penn State and Temple Universities. David has also had the honor to contribute locally, as strings teacher, in directing the P2 Select String Ensemble, the North Penn School District select curricular ensemble that features many of the area's most advanced students regularly at the regional PMEA and Music in the Parks festivals, as well as national-level NAFME and ASTA adjudicated festivals. David, wife Emily and children Lucas and Ella currently live in Lansdale, PA.
