About David H.
My primary instrument is trumpet, although I have taught french horn, trombone, baritone, and tuba as well. I graduated with my music degree from Texas State University in 2014.
My teaching experience includes two years at La Vernia Junior High and High School in La Vernia, Texas, from 2015-2017. I also have significant experience with Drum Corps International. I marched with the corps in 2009 and 2010, and served as the section leader and soloist in my final year. I then returned in 2011 and 2012 to work on the brass staff, before leaving to complete my teaching degree.
I currently reside in San Antonio, Texas, with my fiancee Caroline, and our dog, Shasta.
