Classical Piano with David C.

I have been teaching the piano for 35 years. Though I have been classically trained and have a love of the Masters, I am also a fan of Progressive Rock and Top 40 music. 11 years ago I formed a virtual band (Virtual Journey Band) and have been working with musicians worldwide. We recorded and post all our music online. Additionally, I am a composer and compose contemporary pieces, some of which have been used in independent films. I have experience teaching all levels of piano students classical and popular music as well as show tunes. My forte is rearranging and transcribing this music to match the level of a student. I have a library of over 2 thousand different pieces that I have done throughout the years and it continues to grow. I also have 25 years of experience preparing my students for the NYSSMA Festivals (New York State School Music Association).
