AP English Literature with David A.

Hello! I recently graduated from Columbia University with a B.A. in Music and a 3.8 overall GPA, where I focused on trumpet performance, composition, and music theory. In my work, I focus on classical, experimental, and improvised music. While in college, I also completed coursework in mathematics, physics, computer science, literature, and philosophy, as well as a summer research project in the Columbia Astrophysics Department. I tutor a variety of subjects and am passionate about helping younger students achieve their goals. I feel strongly that anyone can excel in the classroom and on standardized tests, provided they have both quality instruction and personal motivation. I teach a systematic, step-by-step approach to problem-solving and test-taking that has served me well over the years.
