I earned a degree in exercise science from Hobart College in 2018. Since then I have been a personal trainer at various gyms. I specialize in weight loss, HIIT training, building muscle, and rehabbing injuries. I also give nutrition advice. Over the last year all of the clients that I worked with have reached their individual goal. 

The benefit of working with me is that you will have a individualized programs as opposed to taking your chances on youtube or other online sources that may not benefit your body type. Together we will come up with a plan to get you from your start point to your goal as safely as possible.

I have been personal training for the last year and a half.  I started while in college receiving by bachelors in Exercise Science. It has always been a dream of mine to become a physical therapist. I utilize my education and skills to help every client from where they are today to their goals as safely and efficiently as possible.

I do have experience working with the special needs population. I specialize in weight loss, injury prevention and treatment, and sport training.
