I am offering customized lessons to improve your English pronunciation and language skills. I will work with you to get you closer to your goals! I am a licensed speech language pathologist with a master's degree, which means that I have expertise in the mechanics and production of the many speech sounds in the English language. I understand and can explain exactly how to produce English vowels and the tricky "R" sound. I also have experience teaching grammar and the more subtle forms of language including idioms and slang. During the school year, I work with children with communication disorders. I definitely know the importance of being patient and more importantly, having fun!

Teaching since:
2014

During the school year, I primarily work with students with speech and language disabilities as a certified speech language pathologist. However, I love working with all ages and personalities. I enjoy travel and learning about different languages and different cultures. I speak a little Spanish and have been to Spain. But my favorite place I ever traveled was my honeymoon in Japan! I love reading in my free time and spending time with my cat and my husband. I think the best way to learn is by incorporating humor and student interests!
