My background in ballet, gymnastics, dance, Pilates, and yoga, gives me a unique edge while working with personal training clients: I help others figure out how to strengthen, stretch, and improve their whole body.  If you struggle finding out which type of exercise will work for you, I can help.

After teaching in the university setting and pre-school through high school arenas, I have decided, for now, to follow my strengths with small group instruction and personal tutoring, teaching, and training.

I have taken yoga instructions from Danna over the past 4 yrs.  I went to her for help with my sciatica; which now gives me no problem!   Danna is so eager to help everyone who wants her help.  She makes learning fun but still encourages personal growth and improvement at the same time.  Danna gives clear instructions and keeps in mind that each person learns differently.  I highly recommend her!
