I have been playing the violin for 16 years, and I have been giving private instruction in violin for 1.5 years. Within the first few lessons, my students quickly learned the open strings, basic fingerings and instrument maintenance (tuning the instrument, rosining the bow etc.)

As time goes on, you will be able to perfect bow hold and proper posture and even go on to NYSSMA prep and other auditions! I specialize in classical instruction and I have the Suzuki books readily available for my students, but I can also teach you contemporary music, or even bluegrass and country music with basic fiddle techniques. I love working with my students of all ages and levels, and I am looking forward to working with you!

Hello, my name is Daniel and I am looking forward to working with you on your musical endeavors! I have been giving private lessons since 2016, and I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Industry from SUNY Oneonta. I’m currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Music Education Studies with University at Buffalo. I specialize in all of the orchestral strings (violin, viola, cello and upright bass), and piano, and I love working with my students in all musical genres, and to instruct students how to write their own music!

I am a very funny, kind and easygoing person, and I am looking forward to working with you on your musical goals!
