    As a yoga instructor I spend time getting to know my students well and supporting them in their yoga practice. I love making the class fun, teaching proper form and alignment, and focusing on breathing styles and techniques to reduce stress.     Hello! My name is Dani and I love teaching fitness. I became certified in Pilates in 2007 after witnessing its benefit; improves core strength and lumbar back muscles. Several years later, a desire to learn meditation and increase flexibility prompted learning Yoga instruction. I have taught Yoga and Pilates all over the world and believe it has enriched my teaching skills. Along with teaching Yoga and Pilates, I am also certified to teach Barre. As a certified E-RYT 200 and YACEP member of Yoga Alliance, I am dedicated to serving my Yoga community. I challenge my students to grow, meeting their physical edge with friendliness. I am dedicated to the growth and development of my students, both on and off their mats, and believe yoga begins when you leave the studio. I end every class in Savasana. Disciplines include: I teach all levels of Yoga and specialize in Vinyasa Yoga, Senior Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Power Yoga, Chair Yoga, Kids Yoga, Yoga Props.
