Banjo with Dan E.

I've been playing music since I was five years old (so, over 35 years now), beginning my 'stage career' as a saxophonist in school bands, then playing guitars, keyboards, accordions, mandolins, banjo, and bass in a variety of live acts throughout my adult life. I've made (as of January 2020) 16 albums and 9 EPs of original music under my own name, as well as a similar amount of collaborative recordings by various projects and bands. All are available on major streaming services. In May of 2019 I was fortunate to get to write, perform, and produce a song in collaboration with Kai Orion over a weekend at Peter Gabriel's recording studio, Real World Studios. Since then I've engaged in more musical collaborations, often online, with folks around the world. Online lessons are a part of this creative sharing, and I look forward to working with you to improve your skills and increase your fun!
