Vocal Training with Dale S.

I have been singing my entire life, starting as a boy soprano in my hometown Methodist church. I began playing piano at age six. From that time on, it was a journey of musical adventure, singing, playing piano and collaborating on productions. I went on to get my Bachelor's Degree in vocal performance at UNC-G, where I performed lead roles in countless operas and musicals, as well as recitals, oratorios, and various church concerts. My next venture took me to NYC where I received my Master's Degree in opera at The Juilliard School. While living in the city for twenty+ years, I performed in every genre of music, even choral music, sharing the stage with Luciano Pavarotti, Marilyn Horne and Madeleine Kahn, to name a few. I was also in off-Broadway shows, while also working as an actor and model in commercials, print and runway work. I relocated to Miami in 2001 where I became choir conductor at Unity on the Bay in 2013. I am now the Director of the Music Ministry in the same location.
