Good greetings!

I have 10+ years of experience in teaching, tutoring, and leading workshops. Currently, I am enjoying managing my own small business while teaching students part time. 

I had the wonderful opportunity to work abroad, teaching English, Spanish, photography, and textile design. After a couple years of traveling throughout South America and Europe, I've decided to plop down in Asheville, NC, where I would love to continue teaching. 

I am a clothing designer and botanical dyer by trade and also have experience in fine art, performance art, dance, and expressive arts therapy. These are also mediums I would be happy to share.

Learning should be a fun process, so I'm always excited work within each student's interest.

I've taken a few classes from Coco on product photography and lighting. I love how much of the topic we have covered in just these few sessions. Recurring lessons gives me a chance to complete assignments and review them with Coco. They're definitely affordable and informative.

After receiving a 35mm film camera for xmas, and completely unaware of how to use it., I discovered Coco and asked for help. She educated me initially by explaining the process, as well as the components of the camera. Then she took me into the field for hands on experience. With this process it allowed me to fully understand my own device as well as how to use it in whatever way I saw fit.

I love that we conversed most of the lesson. She is very patient and clear in communication.

I love the way we approached fashion design. It's like nothing I've ever experienced! Rooted in tradition and environmental awareness.

C is a wonderful teacher capable of sharing her intuitive steps to creating or even technical. I found the instruction to be refreshing and less intimidating than any other fashion course I've taken. 

Informative, patient, and fun. Highly recommended!
