Piano with Cynthia T.

I am a professional musician and have been playing piano since first grade. I also play saxophone and trombone. I currently play piano in concert band and jazz band at my school. My students can start learning the very basics or start with prior knowledge. I can teach until they surpass my levels. They learn new songs each week and every lesson, they come in with the previous weeks songs and play them for me. If they are played mostly correct, they move on to the next song. If not, we can choose to continue working on the same song or move on to another song that utilizes the same skills. I have been learning Spanish since seventh grade. I am currently taking Spanish courses at school and am also learning every day. Students learning Spanish, can start at the very basics or come in with prior knowledge. I can teach students of all ages to the point where they are at the level of a native teenager. I am great with all ages including people who have disabilities. Recently, I worked summer camps for my local Special Recreation Association. I am CPR and first-aid certified and have gone through training for people with disabilities.
