American Sign Language is a beautiful and Unique language. I have taught ASL for many years. I specialize in tutoring all levels of ASL. This language at times difficult to learn but well earth it. I will help you learn from a beginning level or improve your comprehension, fluency, grammatical structure and receptive skills.

My name is Cynthia. I was born with normal hearing until when it happened I became deaf at 3 1/2 years old. My father was been in the Air Force. I grew up traveling with my family all over America and overseas. My favorite hobbies are traveling new adventures, cooking, sewing, and going to church on the zoom meeting Sundays.

American Sign Language (ASL) is an beautiful and unique language. I am fluent in asl and a lifelong user of the language as well as have vast experience teaching this beautiful language. I teach not only the appropriate mouth morphemes and facial grammar of ASL, but vocabulary words and proper ASL structure. I have specialized in teaching and tutoring all levels of ASL for years. This language can, at times, be difficult to learn- but is well worth it! I can help you learn from the beginning level or help more advanced learners improve their comprehension, fluency, grammatical structure and receptive skills. I have mentored many many students at the College of Southern Nevada in all levels of ASL for the last 8 plus years. I have Associates degrees from College of Southern Nevada. My life’s passion is teaching and mentoring ASL students of all levels from beginners to most advanced. I look forward to working with you!
