Music Theory with Curt M.

I have been active as a clarinet teacher for over 10 years in addition to a versatile career as a performer in chamber, orchestral and contemporary music. I have helped his students audition for youth orchestras, solo with their jazz band, and find that perfect clarinet tone. I work individually with each student to find and accomplish their goals while sharing in their passion for music. If you truly want to succeed in classical music I'm able to give you what you need to take your playing to the college level as a conservatory trained clarinetist myself. I received a Bachelor of Music from Oberlin Conservatory in clarinet performance and a Master of Arts and Doctorate of Musical Arts from UC San Diego. I also have experience in teaching music theory, history and sound production in classroom settings.
