My culinary journey started in the San Francisco culinary academy in 1986---1989 where I graduated and went on to work some hotel Resort,and restaurant where finally ending the journey here in Las Vegas where I opened and operated a BBQ restaurant for 4yrs where cooking lessons we're born which leads us to the present.
