What a joy it is to get to be playing and teaching music! I enjoy performing a wide variety of music, but my favorites include performing original music, Jazz, R&B/Soul, and Pop. My experience at the New School for Jazz has helped me to develop a keen ear for harmony and discover my love for teaching ! It is a passion of mine to help singers and songwriters strengthen their own unique voice. I look forward to meeting new students and engaging in supportive, productive, and enjoyable lessons filled with growth !

With her patient understanding and calm presence, Crystal Rose is a very engaging and positive music teacher. What originally started out as guitar lessons has grown into a deeper exploration of music through voice lessons and songwriting. I fully credit this expansion of both my guitar playing technique and my musical creativity to her skills as a teacher. After each lesson I feel inspired and excited to keep practicing what I have learned as it carries me over into my week. I am so happy to have found her and highly recommend Crystal Rose as a music teacher.+ Read More

Crystal is an amazing voice teacher! I learned a lot from her both in terms of technique and style for my own songs. I highly recommend her!
Crystal is a joy to have as an instructor. Overall, she really helped me connect to my breath and sing confidently with solid technique. She's pretty attentive to you and your journey, wherever you are...she will always adapt vocal exercises to my sound that day and enable areas within my voice to be at their best. She's very flexible with lesson scheduling and prompt to respond to messages. I have always liked to sing but re-learning to sing with Crystal's guidance really helped me find my voice and work towards showcasing it!+ Read More
