Hi! My name is Crystal Bridges I have a Master's in Education with a K-6 Elementary teaching license as well as a K-12 Reading and Dyslexia Endorsement. I utilize the Barton Reading and Spelling Program to deliver structured literacy lessons using the Orton Gillingham method. My students work hard, but also have fun while learning to read. I am passionate about teaching students how to read. I taught first grade for several years, but now homeschool my own child and tutor students who struggle with reading. I like to play a lot of games so reading seems like more fun than hard work. My goal is for my students to learn to enjoy reading and not just find it to be another chore. I equip my students with the tools and resources needed to become successful readers.
