Guitar with Cristine F.

I am a Musicians Institute graduate. guitar player, singer/songwriter, performer and recording artist. I have an Associates degree in Communication studies. I am a guitar instructor at Guitar Center and have been background checked by my employer. In addition to my self released album on Amazon and CD Baby, I performed originals and cover tunes at various coffee houses and pubs in the U.S as well as abroad. In order to help students easily understand basic music theory such as scales and how chords are constructed, my teaching skills entail some understanding of the piano and how it relates to the guitar. My idea of teaching is to supply the tools needed so that my students can learn a song on their own just by knowing how to read guitar chord charts and tab. I also can provide tips on live performances such as overcoming stage fright.
