    I love working with students of all ages and stages of learning. Anyone can learn to be a better singer! A classically trained singer in voice and opera with degrees from Wheaton College (BM Vocal Performance) and University of Southern California (MM Vocal Arts), I have been teaching private voice lessons and beginner piano lessons since 2009. I teach by engaging students fully in the study of their voice through movement, exercises, and creative imagination, and my students consistently discover themselves growing in confidence, imagination, and creative reasoning. More importantly, they find an increased capacity for the enjoyment of music itself. Thank you for taking the time to consider my profile. I hope I have the opportunity to meet and work with you!

    Metropolis School of Performing Arts Summer Sessions

    Directed and coached music for Metropolis School's Summer Session Musicals. This years productions included Fiddler on the Roof and Mary Poppins. I directed large ensemble numbers and gave individual coaching to help students master their roles. I also taught music lessons each day which introduced kids to the fundamentals of using your voice in a fun and healthy way.
