Hello and thank you for taking the time to learn a bit more about me.

My name is Corinna. I am a Health and Wellness coach, a fully certified classical Pilates instructor and a dance fitness professional. I have several years experience teaching students both on the mat and on equipment. Pilates is an incredibly challenging yet very safe method, suitable for both men and women. I am confident teaching a wide array of students, and I welcome students of any age, shape, size and fitness level. I am able to finely cater our lessons to suit your individual needs. Prepare to feel challenged yet supported, energized and empowered! You are in good hands.

I am delighted to share with you my signature Greek Dance Fitness method, Kyma™. This method combines cardio dance and strength building exercises with traditional Greek folk dance moves. Whether you are looking for a fun and energizing cultural experience, want to learn to show off some authentic Greek dance moves, or are just looking to get fit while loving your body in the process, my program can support you in your goals.

Corinna has combined traditional Greek dance movements and cardio to create a fun, new type of aerobics! I appreciate the ingenuity! Her instruction was smooth and patient, clear and light-hearted! There is no pressure, just a joy-filled journey in fitness - I had fun!

I have taken pilates and dance fitness classes with Corinna! Each class left me sweaty and sore. The dance classes are very fun, and you feel more like you are at a party rather than working out. The pilates class worked my core to its very core, and I was sore for days. As I worked with Corinna I noticed a great improvement in my strength and stamina, especially when combining the two throughout the week. Both style of classes are fun, and I would definitely recommend.
