    About Colton D.

    COLTON DUVALL is an active performer, arranger and educator in the greater New York City metropolitan area. Mr. Duvall has performed with orchestras including the Johnstown Symphony Orchestra (Johnstown, PA), the Bravura Philharmonic (Princeton, NJ), the Wheeling Symphony Orchestra (Wheeling, WV), and the National Symphony Orchestra's Summer Music Institute Symphony Orchestra (Washington, D.C.). An accomplished arranger, Mr. Duvall has arranged music for various brass ensembles including The Brass Project, the premier brass ensemble at the Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia, PA, in addition to several other brass ensembles including the Monongehela Brass and various other brass ensembles at West Virginia University. Mr. Duvall holds a Bachelor of Music degree from West Virginia University, and is currently working towards a Master of Music degree as a student of David Krauss at the Mason Gross School for the Arts at Rutgers University, where he performs with the Graduate Brass Qunitet. His major teachers also include Jeffery Mussolino (Hagerstown, MD freelancer), Carl Rowe (US Marine Band Retired), and Dr. John Winkler (West Virginia University).
