Piano with Collin C.

Collin Clauson is from Minneapolis, MN and has now become a transplant to the Chicago area. He started playing piano at an early age and later learned how to play the clarinet, saxophone, and guitar. Collin previously studied at Northern Illinois University, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in 2012 in Music Performance. Collin is an in-demand piano player who regularly works both in the Chicago area and all over the country. He has performed with such artists as Nick Colionne, Euge Groove, Norman Brown, Rick Braun. This year Collin was selected as a backing musician on the highly successful Smooth Jazz Cruise 2017. He is also a member of the experimental rock group Monobody, a 5-piece band blending their different influences into a unique sound. Collin continues to write his own music on piano, guitar, and many other instruments, and is continually building his solo work. Without music in his life, he would not know where he would be!
