Hi, there! My name is Coletta and I can't wait to meet you! I've been teaching private lessons since 2017 and have loved helping my students burn calories to stay fit, lose some pounds, and have fun. I'm flexible and motivating person and my teaching style is fun, relaxed, and open . I look forward to helping you reach your goals!

I really needed to loose some weight and Mrs. Dykes has helped me tremendously on my workout just by dancing. I would have never thought dancing would help me shed almost 100 lbs in a couple months. Along with eating right. I love It. The class was an hour of fun, sweat and love😁
