Hi, there! My name is Coletta and I can't wait to meet you! I've been teaching private lessons since 2017 and have loved helping my students burn calories to stay fit, lose some pounds, and have fun. I'm flexible and motivating person and my teaching style is fun, relaxed, and open . I look forward to helping you reach your goals!
I currently teach women ages 18+ and up cardio and dance Mondays and Wednesday from 6:30pm-7:30pm. I also conduct private sessions at the request of my women.
Teach weekly classes and maintain availability for on-call needs.
Clean and organize studio after each group fitness class.
Design each class to match the skill and learning levels of all participants.
Encourage members to pursue fitness goals and continue attending group classes.
Track class attendance and monitor class size to gauge effectiveness of promotions.
Promote club programs products and services to class participants.
Correct unsafe movements and suggest alternate exercises.
