Voice, Guitar, Bass, Ukulele, Piano, Drums, and More. I've spent my entire life dedicated to exploring all that music has to offer! And nothing in this world makes me happier than seeing people exited about music! Rock, Metal, Jazz, Funk, Reggae, Alternative, Indie, and even classical. I'll teach you to be proficient at any of these styles and have a truly deep understanding of your instrument! I currently am going to school for music with emphasis in Jazz and Voice at American River College and have been singing in the school's Advanced Vocal Jazz Ensemble for 3 years now. And while being in the ensemble we were awarded by Downbeat Magazine to be the best Community College Vocal Jazz Ensemble in the nation. Earning me my first ever Downbeat Award. Before that I had also received an award at the Reno Jazz festival for my outstanding guitar playing and I hope to add more awards as I progress even more as a musician. I'm in love with songwriting! I've been writing music since I picked up my first guitar 11 years ago. I'm currently writing for my successful local band Lucid, and I've been the primary song writer for almost all my past bands. I love deep lyrics with meaning and a "fire" that people can see and I promise I can help teach you or your loved one the importance of deep meaningful lyrics and help them write beautiful songs. Education wise I currently have a Studio Jazz/Pop Voice Instructor Certificate from American River College. And I'm finishing up my second certificate that has emphasis in classical voice training this semester. Along with finishing my Jazz Studies Degree with an Emphasis on Voice by the end of next year, which after that I plan to get my Masters Degree at Sac State.
