About Coach M.
Coach M., an international Tai Chi instructor has studied Imperial Yang Tai Chi Chaun for 23 years. His background includes a blend of Tai Chi Chuan, Qi Kung, Judo, Tae Kwan Do, Karate and Boxing. He has taught Tai Chi internationally and trained and certified Tai Chi instructors in the Atlanta area. He teaches Tai Chi and Qi Kung to beginners and experienced learners. He comes from a line of teachers and students of one of the oldest forms of Tai Chi available, 108 movements Imperial Yang.
