Cooking with Clay C.

Hello, my name is Chef Clay, i have been cooking for as long as i can remember, starting out with my grandmother feeding hard working men coming in from the wheat fields. I later went through a 4 year long culinary arts Program on the Oregon coast working with many gifted Chefs during that time. I came to get a taste of cooking from Chefs that had been around the world, and no culture was outside of our lessons. I have worked in kitchens as far North as Malibu Canada and as far south as Las Cruces New Mexico. In that time working as a restaurant and personal chef i came to enjoy imparting what i know to the others in my life. I love what a good meal can do to bring people together, and i hope that with what i have learned in the course of my life so far i can share that magic.
