Hello! Thanks for checking out my profile. My name is Clark and I teach Vinyasa yoga. Vinyasa yoga, is asanas (poses) which are synchronized to the breath. The breath connects the movement as you to flow from one pose to the next in time with an inhalation or an exhalation. Body alignment is also an important focus of each yoga practice. Here, the Iyengar yoga method is referred to and followed.
However, don't let any of these terms or descriptions throw you off. If you're breathing, you can do yoga and yoga can do amazing things for you.
All levels of yoga are taught. Regardless of your age, gender, level of flexibility, body type, stamina or experience with yoga, there is a class and a practice for you!
