Hi, thanks for checking out my profile! My name is Clarissa Lee and I've been teaching piano for 16 years. I'm an active member of the Music Teachers Association of California and the American College of Musicians. I have a diploma in piano performance with honors from the Royal Schools of Music. I am committed to providing professional, well-rounded music instruction. My goal is to provide a comfortable environment for you to learn and enjoy music! I provide a combination of repertoire, theory, sight reading, and ear training appropriate to your level. My piano studio is very fun, with plenty of games and learning incentives. Students are given many performance opportunities. I expect each student to practice consistently each week. I believe that training in classical music is essential to build quality musicians. The core repertoire will be from the great classical composers, but I always add kid-friendly music to the assignment, whether it’s the James Bond theme or Star Wars.
