I don’t believe that education is one-size-fits-all !!! That is the difference between the classroom setting and a quality tutoring session: as tutors, we are able to modify our teaching strategy to accommodate student’s particular strengths and limitations in order to maximize efficiency in the learning process. In order to do this, it is imperative to be able to communicate effectively with the students in a manner that puts the student at ease and encourages confidence, openness and authentic determination to master the material. This entails acknowledging and respecting our students as individuals and adapting to their age, background, learning style, level of experience and personal objectives. Our students and ourselves both genuinely enjoy the time spent learning because of the genuine, lasting relationship we seek to build. The most gratifying part of our job is witnessing students ’ both tangible progress (in terms of grades etc.) as well as the development of an enthusiasm for learning and a realization of the opportunities and fulfillment that knowledge can afford in the present and future, regardless of age. Our team is committed to our students ’ success, both immediate and long term, however one might choose to measure that. We stand apart from the competition not solely because of our qualifications, value & professionalism, but because we genuinely invest our time and energy into the growth of each individual we are privileged to work with.
