I have 2 years of chinese teaching experience with American and non chinese-speakers in Malaysia. I have also translated a few biographies, Music Wallcharts, event write-ups, concert program, and one poetry from English to Chinese. Mandarin is widely used across the Asian countries. Although I was born and raised in Malaysia, I was able to acquire holistic and thorough Chinese language training back home. The reason being that we Malaysian Chinese managed to retain Chinese culture and language intactly albeit migrating to Malaysia in the early 20th Century. Separately, I’ve studied the Chinese history thoroughly during high school as part of the curriculum and never stopped reading Chinese literature even after I graduated.
