I am a personal chef and wellness consultant with deep appreciation for the wonders of life. My culinary excitement and passion started at a very young age as well as my journey into wellness. Being the middle son of a single mother, I was well-loved and cared for, however, I was often hungry. From fancy omelets of a 5-year-old to five-course meals for my family and friends, then apprenticeships with many talented chefs, I have a diverse array of culinary experience and skill to draw from. I use fresh, organic and local ingredients to create the dishes you and your guests desire and enjoy. I cater to all dietary needs. I bringing nutrition, taste and presentation into an art form. I will serve you meals that will cause your whole body smile. As a wellness consultant, I have been practicing awareness and focusing techniques since young childhood, having started experiencing migraines around 4 years old. I have learned through inner reflection and outer training that we have no limitations, except what we allow ourselves to believe.
