    About Christopher H.

I philosophize. It is what I do. This means I think about reality and happiness for a living. I can teach you about rationality—yes, there is such a thing. It is likely not what you think. I specialize in metaphilosophy. It is indeed philosophy about philosophy—one probably does not love one’s field more than this. Of this I focus on philosophical problems and solutions; in short, what questions are we trying to answer and to what extent may we answer them. I am also well trained in rationality, logic (propositional, mathematical, first-order predicate, modal, set theory, decision theory, and game theory), metaphysics (especially causation and mereology), ethical theory, and some epistemology. I have a good knowledge of the history of philosophy. Give me enough time to research, and I can tell you about pretty much anything. I earned a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Missouri-Columbia, though I have a fair amount of education in other areas.
