Life Coaching with Christopher B.

I'm an LPC with experience as a therapist, trainer, program manager and clinical supervisor.I specialize in trauma and school-aged children, however I have a plethora of experience with adults, ADHD, PTSD, Schizophrenia, mood disorders and grief. Life coaching is a skill I have developed as well during my consultations. I have done presentations/workshops/trainings at Temple University, UPENN, City Hall, and the School District of Philadelphia among other places, and which I really enjoy.I also teach a course at Temple University. As a peronal trainer, my passion began in college as power lifter. Over time,I gradually slimmed down and gained an affinity for Crossfit, running, Insanity, P90x, and other high intensity workouts. My approach is a combination of different HIIT (high intensity interval training) approaches. I believe in total wellness, a concept which includes psychological, physical, emotional, and spiritual. To that effect, I also offer Faith-Based Counseling.
