Hi! I am Christine. I am a very goal-oriented person and I believe that practice makes perfect. I am a professional pianist who is currently focusing on classical but I can play or teach any genre.
I have worked with vocalists, chamber ensembles, to a full orchestra. I started playing piano at a young age of 5, and discovered a sincere passion for this instrument. As I grew older, I grew a much deeper appreciation into the theory which has allowed me to understand music SO MUCH MORE! I would love to share my skills and knowledge with you, hoping to make you the best player you can be and develop the passion that I have developed for the piano.
My availability is very flexible and my studio is in my apartment in a very cozy setting, however, I can commute to anywhere reasonable in order to teach you. For intermediate to advanced pianists, a binder is required to each and every lesson.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you and I look forward to meeting and working with you.
I work with people ages 6 and up that have mental disabilities.
Christine is very friendly with a bubbly personality! I don't know her teaching, but she is a very good pianist.
Christine played piano in my graduate composition recital. She is an excellent pianist, sight reader, and accompanist. I think a student at any level would benefit from her teaching.
Christine is very knowledgeable, sharing her insights and education from URI.
