My lessons will focus mostly on breathing and body work, with beginning monologue and scene work.  The breathing work will focus on proper breath control for stage speaking (i.e  diaphragm use and ennunciation).  The Body work will focus on loosening the body and re-framing the posture for character work (film and stage)  The monologue work will very depending on experience and monologue, but will largely include dissecting monologues into beats and objectives.

My name is Chrissy.  I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Performance from Stephens College and I currently Act and sing for AMTC Agency.  I just moved to NY to get back into acting and film production, but I have a passion for directing and coaching.  My past experience is primarily voluntary.  I work with beginning actors and sketch artists.
