I have several references of students I tutor, and have been able to instill confidence in each one of them.
Although I currently teach ELA for grades 6-8, I have a lot of experience tutoring elementary school ages, as well as high school. In addition, I tutor a lot in math, especially algebra for older grades. However, my degree is in English so I am able to work on any kind of reading or writing skills you may want to improve. I am aware of the Common Core Standards, and am able to help your son/daughter with any issues he/she is having trouble with.
