I wanted to do MMA for self defense, because I've had a lot of bad experiences in the real world. I explained my purpose in learning MMA to Coach Christian, and he sympathized immediately and guided me. 6 months of training was all I did. All these years later, I regularly practice what i've been taught and I've actually had to use what i've been taught twice. Deescalating a situation is the best thing i've ever learned, because I'm not the fighting type. I really appreciate the time and effort it took to make me more confident. Thank you sir.
