I have a degree in art education with a secondary in studio art.

Art Education

Students will be taught the science of color, classic composition, and the elements of design.  the goal is to increase your depth and dimension in your painting through the physics of oil paint.  Subject matter is the artist students choice, critiques are based on the classic fundamentals of good design and execution.

I am a 40 year professional oil painter in both Modern Styles of painting and in the techniques of the old masters.  A special focus needed by all painters is an education in the Science of Color.  Some of my work can be seen on Matricism.com and christianseidler.com.  I just moved to the Houston area to retire and be near our grand children and decided to do a little teaching.
